Dispute the bill received from Trauma

I have been disputing this bill i received from Trauma on 2 occasions i was charged and quoted your policy and no response since the 8th April 2016 till today 20th April this has costed me loads of airtime on following up on this problem which should of been sorted. i have called more than 3 times and i want to be reimbursed for my airtime calling and following up after you guys each and everytime. <br> Trauma-related casualty visits for children 10 years and younger when normal day-to-day benefits are exhausted 100% of the Fund Rate Subject to Annual Overall Limit and limited to 2 (two) trauma-related casualty visits for children 10 years and younger. The benefit includes cover for the cost of the emergency casualty consultation, the facility fees and the cost of all consumables.<br> I WANT THE MANAGER OF THE CALL CENTER TO CALL ME AND DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE NO ONE ELSE! <br>
