Dispensing Medication is a joke!

I am unable to understand how a company like Discovery still functions when it has such appalling service! I am a recently diagnosed diabetic and had to go 4 days without any medication because Discovery's system does not allow Clicks to reverse a claim. I was able to make arrangements to pay cash for my medication and pickup at Dischem La-Lucia with the guarantee that the money will be refunded once the claim is processed. This was Friday(2015/06/26). Today (2015/06/29), i get a message to say that my claim has been processed and payment made to Clicks (***!!??) and that i am also responsible for the 20% co-payment. I have tried to get a hold of Discovery but get greeted and put on hold for 30 minutes at a time (from my cellphone) only to get told that i am not at the correct department and that i need to contact someone else.<br> Discovery is very efficient at taking debits off your account and seems completely inept at reversing a claim and refunding money. I have been bounced from pillar to post and put my health at risk by being with discovery and this issue is still not resolved. PASSING THE BUCK IS SOMETHING THEY ARE GREAT AT!!!!!
