Disovery is a bad medical AID and ***** money

What a bad medical aid! I am on the classic priority and moved over to Discovery due to them advising they are the best medical aid and have good benefits for diabetes. Now I want to pay for my insulin and test sensor and was not able to use my savings because it's not allowed to be used from two benefits. What **** is this? It's my savings, and because I have two benefits, one for insulin and one for my test sensors, I am not able to claim my insulin. This is definitely a bad medical aid and will need to be sent to the ombudsman for an investigation.
