<p>Totally no go area. Find that they give copy paste responses on all hellopeter posts. Most people dont ever even come back to hellopeter to check if they responded with some valuable information. Not value is the key factor. They try acting but fail pourly. They think they have you in a corner and then you tell them the truth, They come back to you stating that on this and this day you did this and this... But you told them that in the first place, then they want you to come in and listen to the thing you told them about. They say they will mail you on a seperate mail but you never get it. They post stuff you never get (cant blame the post office here as if it is more then once and it is not even delayed then there is another issue) even a will send in seperate mail and you dont get it (email? blame the email postoffice). They phone you about one thing and list you about another. People if you do a review come back over and over and see the copy paste in action. if they give you value for your time and they been in contact with you and answered all your questions and you think it is worth something or nothing write it. So people can see what they made of. No it is only a copy and paste and people think the thing is resolve... Far from it. I am waiting on a letter and I am waiting on a email... I gave them chance looked again if i got something from the beginning of the week. Nope still nothing... Typical... PS! show me the copy and paste...</p>

SO the company Discovery is so intent in using ITC BA for collections, I have a paper trail where i said my discuss in this whole situation and that it was not my fault, you guys never get back to a person with some valid and good answers, except with answers that I give you that you guys give back to me. Ok so I received sms from ITC BA that the amount 2300.83 to be paid, only the second call to them trying to get a letter out of them stating how much i owe that they tell me they are in a call center and have no mail and that the outstanding balance of the sms does not include there costs (costs i said i was not liable as discovery *****ed up) but hey to get everyone of my back and like I said to discovery if i knew about this amount i would have paid it, The person at ITC BA gave me an amount of 2604.68. Two days before I paid they sent a letter off by mail that i got today... Hey at least you get the letters form them and not even one from Discovery. So I get this letter of them that if I do not pay in 20 days that I will be listed. Guess what the outstanding amount is on the letter? R2563.14...3 difference amounts. I have now changed my mind, You guys should clearly stick with ITC BA as it seems you are all from the same cup of bad water. Now looking at the *****ups I still persist is Discoveries fault. Looking at Hello Peter its clear discovery *****es up ALOT. So if I remember te call of the call i did not receive where the consultant said that she will send me the letter of de-listing. Looking at this letter if I do not pay in 20 days after the letter was posted, I paid 2 days later. So I want to know from discovery and all there *****ups Hellopeter is my witness, what the hell is going one with Discovery. Do you discovery make so much money they dont care at all about the people below them that suffers and struggels. Good thing discovery *****ed up when i wanted to join then in my personal capacity.

Hahahah must be a joke? What Email? Like usual no email but I have to look so I look in all the folders just to make tripple sure and no Email.... Hahaha I take that reply as a joke? It must be a joke? Right? I did a search just to make sure it is not a Joke. guess what the last time you guys sent me a mail was to tell me what I told you guys? that was the 25/1/2017. So where is all the mails and the responses about all my other queries aswel?
