Dishonorable company

Resigned my membership ********** from Discovery health. Received a letter from them claiming that I owe R5747. They could not give any details as to how this figure was calculated. Started paying back as per an arrangement with one of the wolfs pestering every day for payments. Still no detailed account. While payments was still being made I was handed over to SSD & Associates. Tried contacting Discovery but was told that the account is no longer with them but with the lawyers. I have paid more than what is suggested by the lawyers SSD & associates and there is no reasoning with them even if you send them a copy of your bank statement indicating payments to discovery health.
