Dishonorable, bulling and unfair practice

I have been trying to get my savings refund that is due to me, Discovery Medical Aid paid the refund into the wrong account and they have the nerve to tell me that discovery bank has used it to offset the savings account that is in dispute cause of their financial advisor incompetence Mr Kally Khalika.

Below is my correspondence with Discovery Medical Aid dating back to Sept 2024 for bank change details.

The below shows correspondence with the Financial Advisor Kally Khalika and his assistant, I have always done all my correspondence via the Kally Khalika however now that my refund was paid in wrong account i am being told by Discovery Medical Aid that I need to speak with the bank to refund my money as they can't reverse the payment even though the mistake was their own internal inefficiency and lack of accountability for their incompetence even with proof of correspondence sent through to Discovery they are still adamant that they are right and need no correction measure.

Just to show the dishonorable and no care attitude and I got an email shortly after I spoke to the consultant on the 28th Dec 2024 that they will resolve the matter i was told via email thereafter a new excuse was said by the fifth consultant Ayanda that my document was not dated? Wow is all I can say of document sent in Sept 2024 to now told in Dec 2024 that section 5 of the document is missing a date?

So Ayanda proved the inefficiency of the Financial Advisor, his assistant, four other consultant including a supervisor and a manager between sept 2024 and Dec 2024 they all missed that the documents was missing dates for half of the year?

The inconsistency process of validating their own documentation and timely correspondence to the client is mind-boggling as I would expect nothing less from Discovery as the claimed one of the best medical aid schemes in South Africa, service makes or breaks the institution and my opinion at this point Discovery is at the bottom of the list as they don't live up to their own values "

Honesty, integrity, and fairness. We are accountable to our people, our customers and broader society. Discovery is the most incompetence institution i have ever dealt with in any industry. They are bullies and only accountable when they take your money trust on that, they do efficiently. To my surprise I got a notification that my refund was paid to Discovery bank of which that is not the bank I use.

The outcome of this complaint is for discovery to honor the contractual agreement and refund the savings funds to the correct bank account as per the instruction for bank changes sent in Sept 2024.
