Dishonest when registering for medical aid scheme

When I signed up for medical aid, I informed the consultant of where I am in Lephalale and I was told the Mediclinic at Lephalale is on the network. I was admitted on the 8th & 9th of April, now I am getting email from the hospital about the hospital no being on the network, meaning I **** to by discovery just to get me to sign up or what. What kind of trick is this when you want to claim, then all this stories.
