Dishonest Retention Department

I got a new quote from the Retention Department with the above reference. (Plan number ********** 473)

The Agent informed me to accept the Quote in writing which I did

I am still paying the old amount

I called last week Friday and her colleague told me she would call me on Saturday which I did not get to talk to her

I want to know if I should cancel or if you would charge me the new amount quoted

I also want the refund as I informed them that I was accepting the quote
