Dishonest and ***********

These people are ********* dishonest and ***********. Worst financial services institution is South Africa. They have not responded to my previous complaint and their escalations department has claimed the hospital procedure onely cost R867 whereas a simple look at the invoice shows the hospital surgery cost over R2000. Should never have taken medical aid with this bunch of charlatans.
