Disgusting wait for authorization!

I came to JHB to receive wound care after being told by Discovery that I would get authorization for wound care in JHB. I left home, came to the city and now have to return home because afer countless back and forth calls. I still cannot get wound care authorization. Its been a week and I am still waiting for authorization! If I get septasemia because of the slow and inept service from discovery I will hold them personally responsible.
