Disgusting treatment from discovery

Disgusting treatment from discovery medical aid. I joined discovery on 1 july 2020. I HAVE NO MEDICAL PROBLEM WHAT TO EVER. AND I DID DISCLOSE THIS TO THE MEDICAL AID. I went to a gp for a pap and got referred to gynae. To my surprise after a visit that i need to be admitted to hospital for a very serious opp. Now discovery said i never disclosed this to the medical aid. They revoked my membership and decline my opp. Trying to explain to the lady what was going on and she keeps throwing the phone in my ear and is very very very rude!!!! I will be taking this to the medical bord and the ombitsman.
