Disgusting to say the least

<p>So my mum is 53 years of age and found out 10 months ago that she's got stage 5 kidney failure, which resulted in her having to go for Dialysis 3 times a week. Pretty much a shock coming from a woman who has never worked a day in her life and spent her days being an "extraordinary house wife". 10 months ago she contacted Discovery Health and filled in form afterwards form and got 3 affidavits stating her financial income and living arrangements. Submitted to too different brokers and still today, there's no feedback. She's been trying to contact them and getting it sorted but no one seems two know what's going on. Had this been Adrians mother or any relative or close friend, I'm sure it would have been given first priority and resolved months ago. But since we're just average class people obviously now one cares. So what exactly do we have to do to get this sorted? Kamal Vanmari, being the broker appointed currently has done nothing about this, even though I sat down personally with him at the time (I was previously an employee of Discovery) and explained everything to him. Discovery believes so much in its Degree, I submitted the complaint on DNA and guess what? That was last year. Still nothing has been done. Clearly no one in Health really cares about the Degree and no one is willing to go above and beyond and see this 10 month query through tomorrow resolution. I can't imagine how I would answer to a client who called in and asked me why nothing has been done... So let's see how this turns out once it's printed in the papers with all the proof, details and names. </p>
