DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MANAGER BIANCA, CANCEL MY WHOLE MEDICAL AID RIGHT NOW!!!!

If I could give no star, I would. DISPICABLE service from the Discovery Vitality team, together with their manager, Bianca. I am changing plans and will be paying close to R10 000 a month, as the only person on my medical aid plan yet I have been on the phone the whole day trying to get answers from Bianca and her team.

I called in, waiting on the line for over 20 minutes to speak to Bianca, as the manager but she refused to take my call or call me back when the agents escalated to her.

FYI: I will be cancelling and moving to a different medical aid. I am not subsidized buy an employer, this is almost R10 000 of MY MONEY and I am taking my business elsewhere.
