Disgusting service from Discovery Medical Aid

Really disgustingly lack of service from Discovery oncology department. Despite numerous calls and reference numbers there is no proper feedback on non payment to service provider. I have been made to wait in the line for 45 minutes assuming the consultant was working on my issue but obviously not. I have literally so many reference numbers over the months for the queries. These consultants are useless. Discovery is a disgrace to medical aids in South Africa and probally 1% of what it used to be... Disgraceful really. I don't blame the ANC for pushing for NHI as it seems they may do a better job that the useless individuals whom put us on hold whenever they feel like they don't like the nature of the query
