Disgusting service from Discovery medical aid

I app**** for medical aid through Discovery in the beginning of February 2016, thinking its the best way to go since they are so well known. I called them last week 11th February to find out why I have not heard from them, they said they received 2 applications and so it took longer to process but they will call me on the 15th Feb. It is Thursday the 17th Feb and guess what, I had to call them. Now they say the underwriters need medical documents from when my son was born for the operation on his eyes 2 weeks after he was born, this was 10 years ago!!!! Also documents on my Knee op that was done 5 years ago!!!! <br> I must also fill in another questionnaire that was not included in the original application form. <br> All this after I was honest about everything on my application thinking I don't want hassles applying. They said they cannot go ahead with my application unless they receive all those documents, and said there were more things they wanted proof on!!! OMG, this is insane, I AM DISGUSTED IN DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID, I told them that they were dragging this out just because they want to charge me double in the beginning of March. I cancelled my app. APP CANCELLED!!!
