Disgusting service from Discovery Health

Admitted in hospital from Tuesday night, but was advised that my authorization is declined on Wednesday while I was in the ward. I was admitted under suspected TIA. We have a very high family history of stroke and TIA. I have numbness on my right side of by body from my head, face, shoulder, hand and leg. Trauma docs even noted weakness on my right hand side of my body. Also went for a xray which showed a problem wid c5 and c6 of my spine. As of today Friday authorization still not approved and hospital based agent is not available today, but was here Wednesday and Thursday but did not come up to ward to query or advise. What's the use of a hospital based agent. Had a telephone conversation today and was advised that detailed reports will have to be sent to her to check if authorization will be granted and tjay will only be done Monday. This actually gives me the patient more stress and make me feel more sick.
