Disgusting service from discovery!!!

My wife gave birth and we did our claims through discovery. Bear in mind my previous company provided us with medical aid so we had dedicated discovery people that attended to our queries.

After multiple emails and calls they just never got back to me and now I’m sitting with bills from the pregnancy and my credit record is being affected. I called into the call centre and they advised we had a 90 day window to get my son on to medical aid and everything should be covered. Still today nothing has been covered and still today no response from discovery. Bunty, Charlotte and Porsche I’m still waiting on feedback from 5 months ago and Bunty just doesn’t respond at all! This is disgusting service and if this doesn’t get resolved then I will be going to the ombudsman with this complaint! They so quick to take your money but never quick to assist! I refuse to pay this money and I want feedback asap!!!
