Disgusting service from Discovery

Wish I could give them a zero rating, they are doing *****ulent debit orders on my account, I cancelled my medical aid with them in beginning of January, got the email saying my last day with the scheme is 31st of January, they debited my account in February and again in March, they changed the references to make sure the bank doesn’t pick it up. Each reversal costs money and each debit order stop costs money.

They refused to pay claims saying Im still in a waiting period even after the waiting period ended.

I will not use Discovery for anything ever, not medical aid or insurance or banking. And will most definitely not recommend them.
