Disgusting service from Discovery!

Absolutely disappointed with the service from discovery! App**** in Feb for a medical aid scheme through a financial advisor to which discovery added me as a member after charging me on the highest ranking to which was not the scheme I had app**** for! Without approval for me, i was added as a member and my account was suppose to be debited in April with a double debit. I was debited this morning. I had placed a cancellation immediately to withdraw from the medical scheme but my account was still debited! Honestly so disappointed with the service from Discovery! Seems all they worried about is money!

Also do not use Optivest as a financial advisor, they mess everything up!
