Disgusting service

Over a month and a half ago I put a complaint up here, within 2 days I had a response, was promised the world, nearly 2 months later I'm still calling after them, still NO ANSWERS. YOU USE TO BE THE BEST, like South Africa, discovery is sinking. I'm rather going to find a medical aid who gives a sh.. 14 years with discovery and get treated like NOTHING
