Disgusting service Discovery
COMPLAINT Terrible Service. Confirms over a recorded line they will cover a dr visit 5 out of 6 visits so I have available 1 more visit they will covered on their extended benefit . Then I go to the dr the same day and the account gets rejected. Then they listen to the call realise i was miss informed but still not coming back to me or paying for this account. I have all the names Vivek, Leevin and Kangelani
