Disgusting service

Called discovery health with regards to my claim which has been over two months and still not paid. Spoke to Zinhle the consultant who couldn't assist and referred me to her manger Nevel Moddley who was so useless to the point that I don't know how he was appointment as a manger. He assured me that my claim will be paid but refused to provide me with his direct number nor email instead he offered to provide me with a general email address. Wooooow discovery so much for putting your customers first. I was on the call with them for over and hour till the line got cut off but no one bothered to even call me back. What a disgusting and poor service.
