Disgusting Service
I cant begin to share my disappointment with this service. This is ridiculous. I am in line for a transplant but can't seem to get any assistance from medical aid. I just transfered from one consultant to the next with each giving me a different story. I am at my wits end. I don't Know who to ask for help from Anymore!!!

14 Mar 2022, 16:36Hi.. I am going through the same thing all over again. No help and no assistance. I have to go through a tests and all come out from My MSA instead. Of my basket of care. No one is competent enough to understand the difference between a chronic basket and PMB. I have made numerous calls and nothing comes of it. I have not used my MSA yet half of it is all ready finished.
