Disgusting Service, actually no service

I have been trying to deal with discovery to get a claim paid for months, I have made numerous phone calls and spent hours on the phone with them. They always promise to call back with feedback but never do. I have been told that everything has been approved etc but 3 weeks later and still nothing. You can't even call it bad service because there is no service
