Disgusting service

<p>After nearly a year to get onto my medical aid I am now dealing with two months of waiting to get my husband on. Every time you submit what they want they come back with something else. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. Also I have injured my shoulder but they will not pay as it is a back injury. How the hell is my shoulder my back??????????????? Disgusting service and you can never get to a manager or somebody who can help you know exactly what is going on.</p>
