Disgusting service!
I am so disappointed and shocked that I have not received an acknowledgement email stating my claim was received with regards to ***** that has taken place on my medical aid! I have sent 2 emails to the forensics department twice 1 on the 18th of August 2020 and the other 1 on the 31st of August 2020, till today no response from you guys! Always thought that discovery was a great medical aid but the service this far is damn HORRIBLE! I am so disapointed!
