Disgusting service

I am really disgusted with the service provided.Ref *** I called over a 100 times and Discovery authorized 1 and half day but only paid for 1 day as the consultant advised on the 4 Aug once the person is admitted they will pay for all days.I keep on being told as it wil be sorted and one consultant even called said they processes the payments
