Disgusting Service

I have never received such shocking service as i have over the last week from Discovery Health. i was referred to a specialist by my Doctor, they submitted the forms via fax Thurs (have paperwork). was told it would take 2-3 working days. i have been calling every day since then. Each time i get told it has been sent to this department and will be authorised shortly. My appointment is tomorrow and i'm still fighting for this number. It is ridiculous that it can take this long and still not have an Answer. if i didn't need my medical aid for my Son i would cancel it immediately and not refer a single person to DISCOVERY!!!!<br>
