Disgusting Service!

I have been trying to have a claim tended to since mid-January and have now dealt with 3 call centre agents who not only can't see what I am talking about on my profile but have absolutely no solution for me either other than to submit the claim again!!!!! How many times must I do the same thing to achieve the same result???? The last straw was being put on hold for ages! then simply being hung up on! I pay enough a month now I must try squeeze what they owe me out with every last effort I have!
