Disgusting Service !
I am honestly beyond words, understanding, and left with zero confidence in Discovery Health's ability to assist us as clients in our time of need.
I've been trying to get assistance to claim back for a PCR test done in July 2021. Spent over R120 on airtime calling Discovery over and over with multiple consultants and even a manager unable to assist me and unwilling to call me back when requested. Appalling service Discovery!
