Disgusting Service

In Sept 2019 my son changed Neurologist due to his epilepsy, He at the time was on Epilizine. The Neurologist picked up that his brain activity was still abnormal and changed him to Epilim. This improved his activity and Discovery paid for the Epilim. As his treatment continued the final recommendation from the Dr was to stay on Epilim at an increased dosage. From JAnuary this year medical has not paid the Epilim value recommended by the Dr. I have been trying for the this whole year to get a resolution, even submitted a motivation letter from the Dr with no success. Every time I call I have to deal with a new supervisor and explain the entire process at my cost. The neurologist is rated amongst the top 3 in the country yet Discovery refuses to abide by her motivation. It is quite clear that Discovery is not interested in their patients. This behavior makes one question whether its worth staying with Discovery.
