Disgusting service

We had to rush my daughter to hospital around midnight and we went to Westville hospital and we was turned down due to the plan we on. I then was told to take my daughter to Crompton hospital with is on our plan and the doctor treated my daughter and advised that she need to be kept overnight for observation and they then requested for authorization from medical aid. She had been injected and bloods was drawn and she was on drips and when the peadritrian saw to her around midday he stated that the bloods is not back as yet and they have to wait for it and in the mean time he will discharge my daughter and we must then come for a follow up visit. When my wife calls to get authorization for a follow up visit we are told that medical aid declined it. This is absolutely ridiculous and waste of time and money spent on medical aid. I don't understand the logic and the sense in this and I want this matter to be escalated to the board of directors. I want this sorted asap.
