DISGUSTING REJECTION OF CLAIM

So my son woke up on Monday the 25th of Feb with a swollen face and swollen *******s, we then rushed him to the hospital he was admitted , at 3 am on a Monday morning for an allergic reaction, Discovery is now rejecting the claim for the hospital stay saying that he was only treated with allergex well he was admitted, which is quite the contrary as we were given steroids to take home and he was given injections/blood was drawn the first night as well . I also don't understand as if they have a problem with the claim should they not take it up with the hospital in question as they are the ones who admitted him, the GP who was on duty the morning . We are now getting calls from the pathologist, the hospital as well as the paediatricians for outstanding payment. This is unacceptable as we have been members of discovery for 10 years . If I could post a picture of what my 9 year old looked like at 3 am in the morning you would understand why he was rushed in and admitted to hospital.
