Disgusting non existent service Discovery please read up the definition of SERVICE cause you clearly don’t know what it is

Discovery’s service is beyond pathetic

For months now I have been attempting to pay my Apple Watch benefit

Mind you in full before term end

IN ADVANCE

For over a month now they have not addressed ignoring previous complaints in light of non response

Now today they send me a benefit cancellation notice and legal threat

It’s absolute joke

A threat when for over a month I have actually complained about them not affording the outlet to pay in full beyond what’s actually due

And yet here they have the audacity to imply I’m ducking them

When all the while I’m literally complaining to them about paying

The service is beyond pathetic

They didn’t even contact me directly after the last compliant this despite acknowledging it

Maybe discovery don’t understand English

Maybe thier Robot service providers have malfunctioned

I know that discovery have forgotten what it means to pick up the phone and actually speak to a client

It seems the dark ages worked better then thier modern systems

The service is disgusting
