You have caused my stress and anxiety levels to increase, I am now having to see my psychiatrist again and pay out of my own pocket because of your greed!!!

R150 - out of thousands you have been paid - The reason I may not be able to get a bond for a home for my family, the reason I may not be able to afford any credit in case of an emergency. I am disgusted at you. Do not have your people call me, because its a useless phone call and a waste of resources. The last phone call did not help me at all and I doubt the next phone call will.
