disgusting DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID

i have been with Bankmed medical aid for 43 yrs and changed to Discovery due to change of employment. What a huge regret. Discovery has absolutely no idea about client services. They keeping you holding for hours on the ph listening to their automated ****. They make empty promises. My simple queries are outstanding from 48 hours to 7 days, now outstanding even further.
