Disgusting Discovery Health Don't Care

I phoned Discovery oncology department regarding an emergency scan.

I was on the phone for ages when i finally got through to an agent.

When the agent had no answers for me, she just put the phone down. Now I have to sit on the phone for another hour waiting to be helped.
