Disgusting Discovery Health

This morning I woke up to a debit order that went off my bank account for more then double the amount that should have went off. I tried calling numerous amounts of times since 9 am and firstly the otp to verify you only comes through when the call is disconnected and then obviously there is still no answer when I try without the OTP verification.

I am on a budget and discovery ****** me bottom line. Now what do I do?
