Disgusting customer service! Useless system!

I am applaud at level of service my elderly dad has experienced with Discovery Health. He has been trying for the past week to submit a new application form, for a lower plan. Call centre is no help, Bot is no help and no response to emails. How on earth do they expect our elderly parents to work their so called "advanced online systems". Their online BOT is always experiencing technical difficulties. Worst customer service ever! You guys should be ashamed!
