Disgusting customer service

Disgusting service that I keep receiving from discovery health, since I found out that I am pregnant it has been nothing but Hell dealing with discovery. I put in a claim on 10/01/2020 which I was told and from experience takes 3 to 4 days yet till this day I have received Nothing. Spoke to the most Rude person ever by the name of Dominic from extended hours who refused to listen or fulfill my request. Apparently if I wanna lay a complaint I can only speak to him because his team leader Siviwe doesn’t take calls. No consideration for putting customers that a pregnant through so much distress. All I want is my money.
