disgusting callousness of patients health

changed medical aids without a break period under impression id get better service .i know their is prob periods but no one changes their medical aid knowing things will happen,surely since you have been on medical aid for years concurrently ,being placed on a waiting period after no break periods is a slap in the face especially when ive paid in excessof 75000 of late, in car insurance we dont penalise people 4changes and theyre covered imm from their chosen date & thats a material object but lives are treated with less care. am soon to be paying my third installment with discovery as of 1st jan& i must still wait till feb for any medical att. had even tried makin an arrangement with them asking if i paid double payment so the 4th payment is off can i be removed off probation period &i was told no id still have to wait.its not only a money making thing but the longer they can take to help a patient is their priority , regardless of the severity. i now have a tumour in my thigh that needs to be removed and tested for cancer and only if its cancer will they decide wether 2 reimburse me,where do i get 20k for the procedure.i even asked if im dying will they help i was told sory mam .
