Disgusting and vengeful company towards their members

The service you provide your members is disgusting to a point I had to cancel my membership with you. You then send emails claiming there is an outstanding amount, I sent you several emails to contact me as to resolve whatever amounts which may be outstanding and instead you list me with the bureau without even following proper procedure as YOU ARE TO LET ME KNOW OF YOUR INTENTION TO LIST before you do so as stipulated in the NCA. There would not have even been reason to notify me of such had you contacted me as requested to clarify and settle the alleged outstanding amount. You are a disgusting company I wish never have done any business with.
