Disgusting and don’t care about patients

Disgusted with discovery health My sister was supposed to have a procedure done today, discovery refuses to authorize because they want the doctor to say Otitis Media is not hearing loss. How stupid is that,What the hell. The call late in the afternoon day before procedure, then say they need 16 hours to decide. They know it’s my day of the procedure so they don’t care. It’s December and doctors will go on leave. By the time we get this authorization my sister will definitely have hearing loss It’s definitely disgusting
