Disgusting

I’m extremely disappointed with the service. Every consultant gives a different story, and none of them actually help. Because of this inconsistent and misleading advice, my newborn is not covered under my premium plan. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as a child’s health. I trusted this company and was completely let down.
