Disgusting

My mother had 3 brain anurusm. Always paid medical aid. Always on time. Now that she is confined to a bed and unable to speak or move or any functions, discovery decides that after 2 weeks of noe replys or constant telephone calls to be dropped that yes they will cover certain things for her which are a dictors visit. Wich is rediculous as she is confined to a bed with brain damage. I have been trying and trying to talk to someone but all i get is automated email responses and not even a contact person. Its actually nausiating how they treat people as an asset.
