Disgusted with treatment by discovery health!

My son was born in 2018 August and he has been a member with Discovery health since birth, in 2020 he moved over to his Dad's medical aid because he was being subsudised at his work. The Dad changed companies at the end of and had to transfer the medical aid to his name, he has had countless challenges trying to resolve this in October.. I then decided to transfer my child to my medical aid in October and I have been told that he must have a waiting period of 3 months! My question is why when he has belong to a scheme ALL his life? Why must there be a waiting period because in the same month his Dad's medical aid was cancelled, I app**** to add him on mine??? Make it Make sense please???!!! Why must he have a waiting period? He has NOT had a break in medical aid for more than 3 months, it wasn't even a month when I wanted to transfer him to mine, mind you his dad has reference numbers trying to resolve this with Discovery!! I want to move from Discover if this doesn't get resolved!!! I have been a member with you for may years and only used the hospitalisation once when I gave birth in 2018!!!!
