Disgusted with the service I got from Discovery

I cant begin to explain my disgust and frustration with the service I received from this company when I was in need. This is relating to my 20 month old baby. I am disgusted with your service and your company. The mere fact that I pay close to R3000 for a key care plus plan and hardly use the medical aid and when I need the service I get treated the way I did. I wish I was not bound by my company to use this medical aid and I will be looking for alternative medical aid as soon as I can get a chance and I am going to fight tooth an nail to get out .
