Disgusted with Discovery. I am sick and unable to book for Day-to-day Extender benefit !!!

Discovery is a ****!!!. It has been a hassle. I cannot book for Day-to Day extender benefit Doctors consultations. I've called Discovery numerous times and their consultants could not assist as well, their Online GP consultants system does not work AT ALL!!. I am sick and need to see a doctor and I pay way too much towards my monthly contribution to be denied the GP services. Fix your system it is disgusting.
