Disgusted with Discovery !
Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. I app**** for an ex gratia in January this year. It was, after some time, approved. When I enquired in June if it had been paid I received a reply saying it had been approved - again (sic). I wrote on this site about my problem and received a prompt telephone call from a gentleman apologising and I was assured the matter will be attended to IMMEDIATELY! That was over 30 days ago and still no news. Disgusting!!
