<p>2016 Oct till Nov I have not been getting my monthly statement for my medical aid. Buy the end of December 2016 I get an email from Dr sanjwa \ Southgate about Access fees. For a good six month Oct till! March have not being getting statement from Discovery (I have been going to the Dr thinking I have funds for the Dr to check up on me yet all this time I didn't) I owed the Dr wen a call was made from the Dr to discovery to explain why I owed money I was not allowed to take to the lady assisting the Dr (Thabang) he was transferred to someone so I can querying why I was charged nd didn'tget my statement's. 15 min waiting I called Discovery10min later I got through to Sibusiso dingishwa ref ********** 932. I proved to him that I did not get my statement and I wanted screenshots that showed statement were sent in October-march todate. He said h cannot sent that I need to come to the office to see it my self. With what pertol? Now he Forwarded the emails I SAID I want screenshotsto show the statement was sent last year nd that if I had received it I would not have gone to the Dr with insufficient funds...Now I haveto pay for your incompetence....
